1.    Who can participate in this campaign?

In conjunction of the Chinese New Year celebration, all ONEXOX Prepaid who top up RM30 cumulatively and ONEXOX Black users who pay bill of min RM30 are eligible to participate in the campaign from 10th January 2025 until 18th February 2025. XOX and ONEXOX employees are not eligible for the campaign.

The campaign period is from 10th January 2025 until 18th February 2025.

3.    How does it work and how do I participate?

ONEXOX Prepaid users who top up a minimum of RM30 cumulatively, and ONEXOX Black users who pay a minimum bill of RM30, (including advance payments) via all legitimate XOX channels, are entitled to receive an entry to participate the cash prize lucky draw, which is up to RM8,888. ONEXOX Black users who perform auto-debit will receive 3 entries for the draw. The prize of lucky draw includes 1,106 units as follows:

5.    What would I get by participating in this campaign?

By topping up or paying RM30, you will earn an entry into the grand prize lucky draw, where you could win up to RM8,888 in cash, along with other cash prizes. Plus, if you set up auto-debit during the campaign period, you'll get 3 entries for even more chances to win!

6.    What happens if I win the grand prizes?

The lucky draw for cash prizes will take place in the final week of February 2025, tentatively on 28th January 2025. A total of 1,106 winners will be selected to receive cash prizes of up to RM8,888. The winners' list will be posted on XOX’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). Additionally, our Customer Service team will reach out to winners directly to inform them. Winners will receive their prizes within 30 days after the draw.

7.    Can I exchange my rewards into something else?

The cash rewards are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for credit, or rebate in full or in part. Whereby the Mobile Credit Vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, rebate in full or in part.
