1. Who can participate in this campaign?
The Hello Yellow iCaur-nic Giveaway Campaign is open to all existing and new XOX Mobile subscribers and registered XOX Dealers (“Participants”) who are:
· Malaysian citizens aged 12 years and above
· Holders of a valid MyKad
· With a registered Malaysian address
This campaign excludes:
· ONEFamily plan subscribers
· Foreigners
· Subscribers under Enterprise, White Label, or M2M accounts
2. When is the campaign period?
The campaign runs from 1 December 2025, 00:00 hrs until 25 January 2026, 23:59 hrs (Malaysia Time).
3. How does it work and how do I participate?
You can participate in the weekly and grand lucky draws by performing eligible transactions worth a minimum cumulative RM35 during the Campaign Period to earn Token(s).
Tokens are awarded based on the following actions:

· RM35 top-up or bill payment = 1 token
· RM70 cumulative top-up or bill payment = 2 tokens
· RM35 top-up via XOX App = 3 tokens

5. What happens if I win?
If you are selected as a winner:
1. XOX’s customer service team will contact you within 14 working days after the winners list announcement to verify your identity and collect your details.
2. You must submit all required documents within 7 working days from the date you are contacted. Failure to do so will result in prize forfeiture.
3. Once verified, the XOX finance team will process your prize within 15 working days, and prizes will be delivered within 60 working days after processing.
6. Can I exchange my rewards for something else?
No. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products. XOX will not entertain any requests to change the prize.
7. What if I can’t be contacted after winning?
If you cannot be contacted within 14 days after the winners list announcement, your eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will not be reallocated.
8. Any other conditions I should know?
· Your XOX subscription must remain active during the campaign period, lucky draw process, and prize collection stage.
· “Active” means your account is not barred, terminated, or suspended, and can still use calls, SMS, and data.
· All prizes may be fulfilled by XOX’s appointed third-party merchants where applicable.
· XOX reserves the right to amend the campaign terms, change prizes, or replace them with items of equal or higher value without prior notice.
