MySISWA Plan Frequently Asked Questions

1.       What is the MySISWA plan about?

In collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and VMR3, the MySISWA plan is introduced by ONEXOX as a more affordable data plan for students at Higher Education Institutes in Malaysia.

The details of the plan are as stated below:

2.       Who is eligible to subscribe to the MySISWA plan?

To register for the MySISWA plan, the Subscriber must be registered students at accredited Higher Education Institutes in Malaysia who are between sixteen (16) to twenty-five (25) years old.

For students above twenty-five (25) years old, a valid Student ID Card must be presented.

 

3.       Can I subscribe to more than one MySISWA plan?
Good news, yes! Each Subscriber can be subscribed to a maximum of FIVE (5) MySISWA plans per NRIC, including any ONEXOX BLACK Plans or FC Plans.

4.       When will the MySISWA plan be reintroduced as Unlimited?

The MySISWA plan will be reintroduced as Unlimited starting from 27th September 2023 onwards for new Subscribers. For existing MySISWA Subscribers, it will take effect on their next Billing Cycle.

5.       How much is the MySISWA plan?

The price of the MySISWA plan is RM35.

6.       How can I purchase the MySISWA plan?

You may purchase the MySISWA plan via the following channels below:

a.       XOX and ONEXOX Official Dealers

b.       XOX Online Store

 

7.       What is the FUP for MySISWA plan?
FUP of 60GB applies for MySISWA plan. Upon reaching FUP, your data will throttle to 512Kbps.

8.        If I need more data, can I purchase any add-ons?

Yes! You may purchase the following data add-ons for the MySISWA plan via USSD Easy Menu *150# or BLACK App.

9.       Can I share data, talk time, and SMS to other XOX Subscribers?
Unfortunately, no. You may not share data, talk time, and SMS to other XOX Subscribers.

10.   Can I receive data, talk time, and SMS from other XOX Subscribers?
Yes, you may receive data, talk time, and SMS from other XOX Subscribers.

11.   Can I buy Season Pass Packages or Happy Hour Promotions under the MySISWA plan?

Yes, Subscribers are eligible to purchase any Season Pass Packages or Happy Hour Promotions under the MySISWA plan.

 

12.   Is there any limit for the hotspot usage?

No, there’s no limit for the hotspot usage for the MySISWA plan at this moment. So, feel free to share your Internet data to your other devices. Psssst! Not many service providers offer unlimited hotspot, but we do!

 

13.   How many devices can be connected using the hotspot feature?

You can hotspot to as many devices as you want and share high-speed data with everyone as long as there is active data available! Again, another factor that differentiates us from our competitors!

14.   If I purchased the MySISWA plan, can I request for a refund?

No, you may not. All purchases of the MySISWA plan are final and not eligible for a refund.

15.   If I change my mind after purchasing the MySISWA plan, can I request to exchange it for something else?

No, you may not. All purchases of the MySISWA plan by Subscribers are final and not exchangeable.

 

16.   May I change to any of the Prepaid plans or any BLACK plans?
Yes! COP to any of the Prepaid plans or BLACK Plans is available.

17.   May I change from any of the Prepaid plans or BLACK plans to MySISWA plan?

Yes! COP from any of the Prepaid plans or COBP from BLACK plans to MySISWA is allowed.

 

18.   May I change from MySISWA plan to SISWA PLUS?
Yes, COP from MySISWA plan to SISWA PLUS is allowed. However, it is currently not available.
