1.         What is the MySISWA Prepaid about?

Subscribers can enjoy the new Prepaid plan, MySISWA Prepaid under the MySISWA series priced at RM18 for WAWA18 and RM35 for WAWA35.

2.         Who is eligible to subscribe to MySISWA Prepaid?

MySISWA Prepaid is open to all Malaysian or Foreign students with the minimum age of twelve (12) to twenty-five (25) years old. Students above twenty-five (25) years old must present a valid Student ID to register for the plans.

 

3.         How much is MySISWA Prepaid?

The WAWA18 data plan is RM18/month whereas WAWA35 data plan is RM35/month.

 

4.         How do I subscribe to MySISWA Prepaid?

You may subscribe to MySISWA Prepaid via:

·         XOX and ONEXOX Authorized Dealers

·         XOX Physical Outlets (XOX Space, X-force, XCCs, & XPPs)

·         ONEXOX Online Store

·         Dealer Affiliate Online Store

 

5.       Is there any promotion available?
All new MySISWA Prepaid Subscribers will be entitled to receive an additional ONE (1) 8GB data voucher in their BLACK App upon activation within FIVE (5) working days until further notice.

6.       How does MySISWA Prepaid validity work?
You will receive ONE (1) day prepaid validity for every RM1 topped up. Additionally, you will receive an additional THIRTY (30) days of prepaid validity with every subscription to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan!

For example, you topped up RM18 and subscribed to WAWA18. Hence, you will be entitled to receive a total of 48 days of prepaid validity!

Note: The maximum prepaid validity to be accumulated from every subscription of WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan is capped at 36 months (1,095 days).

7.       How will I receive the prepaid validity?

·         The prepaid validity that you are entitled to will be automatically credited to your account upon successful top up.

·         The 30 days prepaid validity will be credited to Subscriber’s account ONE (1) day after successful subscription to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan.

8.       Does MySISWA Prepaid come with 36 months prepaid validity?
Unfortunately, no. MySISWA Prepaid does not come with 36 months prepaid validity.

9.       Will I still receive ONE (1) day validity for every RM1 top up, even if I reached the cap of 36 months prepaid validity?
Yes! You will still continue to receive ONE (1) day validity for every RM1 top up.

E.g., You have 36 months prepaid validity and top up RM30. You are entitled to receive another 30 days of validity.

 

10.   What if I have 36 months prepaid validity and purchase the 6 or 12 Months Validity?

Upon successful purchase of 6 Months Validity, your new prepaid validity will be 42 months. If you purchased 12 Months Validity, your new prepaid validity will be 48 months.

11.   Can I still receive credit and validity shared by another Subscriber, even if I reached the cap of 36 months prepaid validity?
Yes! You will still receive the credit and validity shared by another Subscriber to you.

E.g., You have 36 months prepaid validity and receive RM3 – 1 Day Validity from another Subscriber. Your new prepaid validity will be 36 months and 1 day.

 

12.   What if I have 36 months prepaid validity and subscribe to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan?
You have reached the cap of 36 months prepaid validity and will not receive additional 30 days prepaid validity from the subscription of WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan.

13.   I have 30 months prepaid validity. What if I top up RM30 and subscribe to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan?
You will be entitled to receive 30 days prepaid validity from the RM30 top up and an additional 30 days prepaid validity from the subscription to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan. Your new prepaid validity will be 32 months.

14.   I have 35 months prepaid validity. What if I top up RM30 and subscribe to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan?

You will be entitled to receive 30 days prepaid validity from the RM30 top up. However, you will not be entitled to receive the additional 30 days prepaid validity from the subscription to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan as you have reached the cap of 36 months prepaid validity. Your new prepaid validity will be 36 months.

15.   I have 35 months prepaid validity. What if I subscribe to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan and then top up RM30?

You will be entitled to receive 30 days prepaid validity from the subscription to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan. You will also receive the 30 days prepaid validity from the RM30 top up. Your new prepaid validity will be 37 months.

16.     How long is the data validity for MySISWA data plans?
Each subscription of WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan will be valid for THIRTY (30) days upon successful subscription.

17.     Do MySISWA data plans have auto-renewal subscription feature?
Yes! MySISWA data plans do have auto-renewal subscription feature whereby the data plan will be automatically renewed on the respective renewal date if Subscribers have sufficient credit.

 

18.     What happens when the subscription has been fully utilized before THIRTY (30) days?

Subscribers will need to re-subscribe to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan.

 

19.     How can I stop the auto-renewal for MySISWA data plans?
To request to stop the auto-renewal for MySISWA data plans, you can send DATA AR OFF to 23388.

 

20.     What are the methods to check data plan balance/status?

To get the latest data balance/status, you may check via:

·         SMS: Send “BAL” to 23388 or 22111

·         Easy Menu: Dial *150#

·         BLACK App: Available on Google Play store and App Store

·         XOX Self Care

 

21.     Will I receive a notification when the MySISWA data plan quota is about to expire or be used up?

You will receive a friendly reminder (via SMS) when your data usage reaches 80% and 100% of the quota. You will also receive a notification ONE (1) day before the expiry date of your monthly MySISWA data plans.

 

22.     What happens to the remaining data quota if it is not used up within the subscription period?

All remaining data quota will be terminated automatically upon expiration. For Subscribers with monthly data plan subscription, your data quota will be renewed on the next renewal date.

 

23.     If I reach 100% data usage before the expiry date/time and want more data, what can I do?

You can choose to either purchase Add-On data plans OR re-subscribe to WAWA18 or WAWA35 data plan.

 

24.     Can I share my data, talk time and SMS with my family members or friends?

Unfortunately, no. All counters in MySISWA data plans are non-shareable.

 

25.     If I purchased MySISWA Prepaid, can I request for a refund?

No, you may not. All purchases of MySISWA Prepaid are final and not eligible for a refund.

 

26.     If I change my mind after purchasing MySISWA Prepaid, can I request to exchange it for something else?  

You may COBP to any of the BLACK plans.

 

27.   Can I COP from ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, or WAWA Prepaid to MySISWA Prepaid and vice versa?
Yes, you may COP from ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, or WAWA Prepaid to MySISWA Prepaid and vice versa via ONEXAPP.

Note: Any unused data, voice, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. Existing data, voice, and SMS in Season Pass Counter will also not be carried forward to the new plan. Only validity and airtime from ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, and WAWA Prepaid will be carried forward to MySISWA Prepaid.

 

28.   Can I COBP from MySISWA Prepaid to BLACK plans and vice versa?

You may COBP from MySISWA Prepaid to BLACK plans and vice versa via:

·         XOX or ONEXOX Authorized Dealers

·         BLACK App

·         XOX Self Care

 

Note: Any unused data, voice, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. Existing data, voice, and SMS in Season Pass Counter will also not be carried forward to the new plan.
