1. Who can participate in this campaign?
The ONE-X 24/7 Phone Madness Campaign is open to all new and existing ONEXOX Prepaid users aged 12 years and above, who are Malaysian citizens with a valid MyKad and local address. This campaign excludes subscribers under Enterprise or White Label accounts. Employees of XOX and its group of companies are also not eligible to participate.
2. When is the campaign period?
The campaign period is from 1st July 2025 until 31st July 2025.
3. How does it work and how do I participate?
There are two ways to participate in the lucky draw and earn tokens:
A. For New Prepaid Activations:
Activate ONE-X Prepaid plan (1X18, 1X22, 1X35, 1X48) during the campaign period and earn tokens based on the plan:
B. For Existing Prepaid Users:
Top up RM30 (or more) cumulatively in a day to earn tokens:
Example:
a. RM30 = 1 token
b. RM60 = 2 tokens
c. RM70 = 2 tokens
d. RM40 = 1 token
Summary as follows:
Token eligibility refreshes daily. Entries are counted for the day the activation or top-up is made. The lucky draw for that date will be held the next working day (if on a weekend or public holiday).
4. What would I get by participating in this campaign?
By participating, you stand a chance to win one of the 31 smartphones being given away throughout the campaign. A new winner will be selected each day through a random draw.
5. When and where will the winners be announced?
Winners of the daily draws will be announced on XOX’s official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok) within 7 working days after each draw is conducted.
Once the campaign ends, a full list of all 31 winners will also be published on XOX’s official website.
6. What happens if I win?
If you're selected as a winner, XOX’s customer service team will contact you within 14 working days of the announcement to verify your identity and collect your details. You’ll then have 7 working days to submit the required documents.
Once verified, prize processing will take place, and prizes will be fulfilled within 60 days after verification is complete.
7. Can I exchange my rewards into something else?
Campaign prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or resale. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. XOX will not entertain any correspondence, enquiries, appeals, or objections regarding prize outcomes or decisions.
8. When will the winners be announced?
Winners of the daily lucky draws will be announced on XOX’s official social media channels the next working days after each campaign day ends. The full list of all 31 premium tech prize winners will be published on the official XOX website within two (2) weeks after the campaign ends on 31st July 2025. All prizes will be delivered to winners within 60 days after final winners have been contacted have submitted required information.
