1.         What is ONE-X Prepaid?
ONE-X Prepaid is the most affordable prepaid plan on the market, offering unmatched value with the highest data quota for your money. ONE-X Prepaid will be available starting on 2nd January 2025.

2.       Who is eligible to register for ONE-X Prepaid?
ONE-X Prepaid is available for all Malaysian citizens and or Foreigners above the minimum age of twelve (12) years.

3.       How can I register for a ONE-X Prepaid number?

You may register via the following platforms:

a.       XOX and ONEXOX Authorized Dealers

b.       XOX Physical Outlets (XOX SPACE, X-Force, XCCs, & XPPs)

c.       XOX Online Store

d.       Dealer Affiliate Online Store

4.       Can I switch over to ONE-X Prepaid while retaining my number from another network?
Yes, you may! It’s called porting in. You may request for a port-in via the following platforms:

a.       XOX and ONEXOX Authorized Dealers

b.       XOX Physical Outlets (XOX SPACE, X-Force, XCCs, & XPPs)

c.       XOX Online Store

5.       How many ONE-X Prepaid lines can I register?
Good news! You can register up to five (5) lines under one NRIC or Passport.

6.       Where can I manage my account?
You may manage your account via BLACK App or XOX Self Care Portal.

7.       What data plans are up for subscription under ONE-X Prepaid?
Subscribers may subscribe to any of the daily, weekly, or monthly data plans below:



 

8.       Where can I subscribe to the data plans for ONE-X Prepaid?

You may subscribe to the data plans for ONE-X Prepaid via the following platforms:

a.       BLACK App

b.       XOX Self Care Portal

c.        USSD Easy Menu – Dial *150#

9.       Is auto-renewal available for data plans under ONE-X Prepaid?
Yes, the auto-renewal feature is available for all data plans under ONE-X Prepaid except the daily data plan, 1X-5.

10.   How can I stop the auto-renewal for the data plan that I am subscribed to?
You can stop the auto-renewal or terminate the data plan immediately via the following platforms:

a.       BLACK App

b.       XOX Self Care Portal

c.       SMS to 23388/22111

·         Send “DATA AR OFF” to stop the auto-renewal function

·         Send “DATA END” to terminate the data plan immediately

11.   Where can I check my data plan balance or status?

You can check your data plan balance or status via the following platforms:

a.       SMS: Send “BAL” to 23388/22111

b.       USSD Easy Menu: Dial *150#

c.       BLACK App

d.       XOX Self Care Portal

12.   What happens to the remaining data quota if it is not used up within the subscription period?
All remaining data quota will be terminated automatically upon expiration. For Subscribers with monthly data plan subscription, your data quota will be renewed on the next renewal date.

13.   What can I do if I run out of data before my data plan subscription is renewed?
Don’t worry, you can purchase our data add-on 20GB @ High Speed at RM15 via the following platforms:

a.       BLACK App

b.       XOX Self Care Portal

c.       USSD Easy Menu – Dial *150#

 

14.   What are the rates for additional Talk Time or SMS?
The rates for additional Talk Time or SMS are as shown below:

 

 

15.   Can I make international calls using the Talk Time allocated in my data plan?
No, you can’t. Calls made to overseas will not utilize the Talk Time allocated in your data plan. It will be subject to our International Direct Dialling (IDD) rates. You may refer to our IDD call rates here.

16.   Where and how do I top up my account?
There are a few ways for you to top up your account. You may top up your account:

a.       Via BLACK App or XOX Self Care Portal;

b.       By purchasing a top up voucher from convenience stores and top up via SMS or USSD Easy Menu (do mention either ONEXOX or XOX); or

c.       Via XOX and ONEXOX Authorized Dealers.

17.   How do I know when I should top up my account?
You may check on your Prepaid Validity via the following platforms. Do remember to top up your account before the end of your validity.

a.       SMS: Send “BAL” to 23388/22111

b.       USSD Easy Menu: Dial *150#

c.       BLACK App

d.       XOX Self Care Portal

18.   How do I extend my Prepaid Validity?

You may top up your account to extend your Prepaid Validity. Every top up of RM1 equals to ONE (1) day of validity. You may also purchase the Validity Packages below via the following platforms:

a.       BLACK App

b.       XOX Self Care Portal

 

 

19.   Is there a minimum amount that I need to top up?

Yes, there is. The minimum amount to top up is RM5 via top up vouchers, and RM10 via BLACK App or XOX Self Care Portal.
 

20.   What happens if I don’t top up my account?

Unfortunately, your Prepaid Validity will expire, and your account will be barred. If you don’t make a top up after thirty (30) days, then you will be blocked. If you still don’t make any payment after another thirty (30) days, then your account will be terminated.

 

So, do remember to top up your account from time to time to avoid any inconveniences!
 

21.   Can I use ONE-X Prepaid on an eSIM?
Yes, you can! Click here for more information.

22.   Can I request for a refund after registering for ONE-X Prepaid?

No, you may not. All purchases of ONE-X Prepaid are final and not eligible for a refund.

23.   Can I change plan from ONE-X Prepaid to ONEXOX BLACK and vice versa?
Unfortunately, no. It is currently unavailable until further notice.

 

Note: Any unused data, Talk Time, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. All remaining Airtime in ONE-X Prepaid will be carried forward as Advance Payment for ONEXOX BLACK whereas all remaining Advance Payment and any Deposit in the Sharing Plans will be transferred to Airtime in ONE-X Prepaid.

24.   Can I change plan from ONE-X Prepaid to any of the Sharing Plans and vice versa?
Unfortunately, no. It is currently unavailable until further notice.

 

Note: Any unused data, Talk Time, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. All remaining Airtime in ONE-X Prepaid will be carried forward as Advance Payment for the Sharing Plans whereas all remaining Advance Payment and any Deposit in the Sharing Plans will be transferred to Airtime in ONE-X Prepaid.

25.   Can I change plan from ONE-X Prepaid to The Bos Gaurus (TBG) Prepaid or SISWA Prepaid and vice versa?
Unfortunately, no. It is currently unavailable until further notice.

 

Note: Any unused data, Talk Time, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. Only Prepaid Validity and Airtime will be carried forward to the new plan.

26.   Can I switch my ONE-X Prepaid account back to ONEXOX Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid?
Unfortunately, no. ONEXOX Prepaid and WAWA Prepaid are no longer available for subscription.
