ONEfamily Plan Frequently Asked Questions

1.       What is the new update for ONEfamily Plan?
Starting from 26th August 2023, the data quota for the Principal Line under ONEfamily Plan will be increased to 60GB for all new activations.

2.       How about the data quota for existing Principal Line under ONEfamily Plan?
The new data quota, 60GB will be implemented for existing Principal Lines on the next billing cycle of the ONEfamily Plan.

3.       What is the ONEfamily Plan about?

ONEfamily Plan is ONEXOX’s first ever family plan starting with one Principal Line and up to nine (9) Supplementary Lines. The details of the plan are as stated below:

4.       Do the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) share the same data pool?
Yes, the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) do share the total data pool from the data quota of the Principal Line (Main Account). However, the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) will have their own SMS quota.

5.       Who is eligible to subscribe to the ONEfamily Plan?

To register for the ONEfamily Plan, the Subscriber must be Malaysian and eighteen (18) years old and above.

6.       When will the ONEfamily Plan be available for purchase?

The ONEfamily Plan will be available for purchase from 27th July 2023 onwards.

7.       How much is the ONEfamily Plan?

The price of the ONEfamily Plan is as shown below:

For example, if you purchase the ONEfamily Plan with 3 Supplementary Lines, your monthly fee will be:

RM39 + (3 x RM10) = RM69

8.       How much is the Supplementary Line?

The Supplementary Line is priced at RM10 and comes with unlimited talk time and 50 SMS per line every month. There will also be an increase of 10GB to the total data pool for every Supplementary Line added. 

 

For example, if you purchased the ONEfamily Plan with 3 Supplementary Lines, your total data pool will be:
48GB 60GB + (3 x 10GB) = 78GB 90GB

9.       When can I add the Supplementary Line(s) to the ONEfamily Plan?
The Supplementary Line(s) can be added during the registration of the ONEfamily Plan with the Principal Line. The add-on of the Supplementary Line(s) after registration is available too.  

10.   Can I add more than one supplementary line?
Yes, good news! You may add up to nine (9) supplementary lines for every ONEfamily Plan.

11.   Where can I purchase the ONEfamily Plan?

14.   How do I perform MNP (port-in) to ONEfamily Plan?

a.       Group MNP (Same NRIC)
If you wish to perform Group MNP for the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) with one (1) NRIC, it can be performed successfully at the same time as per normal registration.

b.      Individual MNP (Different NRIC)

If you wish to perform Individual MNP for the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) with more than one (1) NRIC, you must perform the MNP one at a time. The Principal Line must successfully perform the MNP first. Then, the Supplementary Line(s) may proceed to perform the MNP after the Principal Line’s MNP is successful.

c.       Individual MNP (Same NRIC)

If you wish to perform Individual MNP for the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) with one (1) NRIC, it can be performed successfully at the same time as per normal registration. However, whichever MSISDN that successfully port-in first will be assigned as the Principal Line.

15.   How do I know the Supplementary Line(s) are successfully activated?

The Principal Line Subscriber (Main Account) will receive a notification via SMS for every successful addition of the Supplementary Line(s).

16.   Where can I manage my ONEfamily Plan?
You may manage your principal and supplementary line(s) via the following platforms:

a.       XOX Self Care Portal; or

b.       BLACK App (Coming Soon)

17.   What can I do through BLACK App?
You may perform the following actions:

a.       View data pool balance;

b.       Buy data add-ons;

c.       View amount due; and

d.       Make payment for the principal and supplementary line(s).

18.   If I am the Principal Line Subscriber (Main Account), what can I do on XOX Self Care?

You may perform the following actions:

a.       View data pool balance;

b.       Make payment for the principal and supplementary line(s);

c.       View account status for the principal and supplementary line(s); and

d.       Retrieve the bill statement.

19.   If I am the Supplementary Line Subscriber, what can I do on XOX Self Care?
You may perform the following actions:

a.       View data pool balance;

b.       Make payment for the principal and supplementary line(s);

c.       View account status; and

d.       Retrieve the bill statement.


20.   If I need more data, can I purchase any add-ons?

22.   Can I share data, talk time, and SMS to other XOX Subscribers?
Unfortunately, no. You may not share data, talk time, and SMS to other XOX Subscribers.

23.   Can I receive data, talk time, and SMS from other XOX Subscribers?
Unfortunately, no. You may not receive data, talk time, and SMS from other XOX Subscribers.

24.   Can I buy Season Pass Packages or Happy Hour Promotions under the ONEfamily Plan?

Unfortunately, no. Subscribers are not eligible to purchase any Season Pass Packages or Happy Hour Promotions under the ONEfamily Plan.

25.   Is there any limit for the hotspot usage?

No, there’s no limit for the hotspot usage for the ONEfamily Plan at this moment. So, feel free to share your Internet data to your other devices. Psssst! Not many service providers offer unlimited hotspot, but we do!

26.   How many devices can be connected using the hotspot feature?

You can hotspot to as many devices as you want and share high-speed data with everyone as long as there is active data available! Again, another factor that differentiates us from our competitors!

 

27.   If I purchased the ONEfamily Plan, can I request for a refund?

No, you may not. All purchases of the ONEfamily Plan are final and not eligible for a refund.

28.   If I change my mind after purchasing the ONEfamily Plan, can I request to exchange it for something else?

No, you may not. All purchases of the ONEfamily Plan by Subscribers are final and not exchangeable.

29.   May I change to ONEXOX Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid?
Unfortunately, COBP from ONEfamily Plan to ONEXOX Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid is not allowed.

30.   May I change to ONEXOX BLACK Plans?
Yes, COP from ONEfamily Plan to ONEXOX BLACK Plans is allowed. However, it is currently unavailable until further notice (Coming Soon).

31.   May I change from ONEXOX Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid to ONEfamily Plan?

Yes, COBP from ONEXOX Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid to ONEfamily Plan is allowed. However, it is currently unavailable until further notice (Coming Soon).

 

32.   May I change from ONEXOX BLACK Plans to ONEfamily Plan?

Unfortunately, COP from ONEXOX BLACK Plans to ONEfamily Plan is not allowed.
