1. Who can participate in this campaign?
To show appreciation to loyal customers and welcome new subscribers, all ONEXOX Prepaid and BLACK users (excluding ONEFamily plan subscribers) who perform a top-up or bill payment of RM30 or more cumulatively are eligible to participate in the campaign, which runs from 1st May to 31st May 2025. Each qualifying top-up made on a specific day during the campaign period grants the subscriber an entry into that day's lucky draw, with the chance to win a premium tech prize designated for that date. The campaign draw and eligibility will refresh daily. Please note that employees of XOX and ONEXOX are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. When is the campaign period?
The campaign period is from 1st May 2025 until 31st May 2025.
3. How does it work and how do I participate?
ONEXOX Prepaid users who top up RM30 or more cumulatively and ONEXOX BLACK users who pay a cumulative bill of RM30 (including advance payments) through any official XOX channels, will receive one (1) entry into the daily lucky draw for premium tech prizes, including the iPhone 16 Pro 256GB and other high-end 5G smartphones or tablets.
Additionally, ONEXOX BLACK users who activate auto-debit during the campaign will receive five (5) bonus entries for the daily draw.
A total of 31 premium tech prizes will be given away throughout the campaign, as follows:

4. What would I get by participating in this campaign?
By topping up or paying cumulative RM30, you will earn an entry into the grand daily tech giveaway lucky draw, where you could win iPhone 16 PRO 256GB, along with other premium 5G smartphones or tables. Plus, if you set up auto-debit during the campaign period, you'll get 5 entries for even more chances to win!
5. What happens if I win the grand prizes?
The daily lucky draws for premium tech prizes will take place within 7 days after each campaign day ends. This means if you qualify on a certain day, your name could be selected in the lucky draw held within the following week. Each winner will receive the specific prize assigned for that day, and the names of daily winners will be announced on XOX’s official social media pages.
Once the campaign ends on 31st May 2025, a final list of all 31 winners will be compiled and published on the XOX official website within two weeks.
All prizes will be delivered to the winners within 60 days after the campaign ends on 31st May 2025. So, if you win, just sit tight—your gadget is on its way!
6. Can I exchange my rewards into something else?
Campaign prizes are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or resale. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. XOX will not entertain any correspondence, enquiries, appeals, or objections regarding prize outcomes or decisions.
7. When will the winners be announced?
Winners of the daily lucky draws will be announced on XOX’s official social media channels within seven (7) days after each campaign day ends. The full list of all 31 premium tech prize winners will be published on the official XOX website within two (2) weeks after the campaign ends on 31st May 2025. All prizes will be delivered to winners within 60 days after the end of the campaign.
