1.       What are the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?

The XOX Phone Bundling Plans are selected existing BLACK Plans that come with a phone of the Subscriber’s choice (subject to availability).

2.       What plans are available to be subscribed under the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
The plans available for subscription under the XOX Phone Bundling Plans consist of B89DB and TBG150.

3.       How do I sign up for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
You may sign up for any of the XOX Phone Bundling Plans at participating XOX Authorized Physical Outlets as stated below:

b.       SPACE Sunway Velocity

c.       XCC Queensbay

d.       XCC ICT Komtar

e.       XCC Kuching

f.        XPP IOI Putrajaya

4.       Can I sign up for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans if I am not a Malaysian?

Unfortunately, no. The XOX Phone Bundling Plans are currently not available for non-Malaysians.

 

5.       Who is eligible to register for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
Subscribers must be eighteen (18) years of age and above with a valid NRIC to register. If you are below the age of 18 years, you can still register, but we would require parental consent from your parents.

6.       Can I keep my existing number and switch to BLACK plans?
Of course, you can! Switch to BLACK plans here. However, please note that you are only allowed to register for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans upon successful Port-In to XOX MOBILE.

7.       What are the devices available for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
The following devices are available for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans.

b.       Vivo Y27 5G

c.       Honor X8b

d.       Vivo Y100 5G

e.       Huawei Nova 12i

f.        Honor X9b 5G

g.       Huawei Matepad 11.5” LTE

j.         Huawei Matepad Air

k.       Honor Magic6 Pro 5G

l.         Vivo X100 Pro 5G

8.       How much would the XOX Phone Bundling Plans be?

Upon registration, you are subject to the total payment as follows:
Payment upon Registration:

Device Offer Price + Advance Payment + Device Upfront Payment

*Subject to 6% SST

E.g., You are interested to register for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans with B89DB (Advance Payment: RM89) and the device, Huawei Y72 (Device Offer Price: RM199, Device Upfront Payment: RM600).
Payment upon Registration = RM199 + RM89 + RM600
                                                      = RM888

Note: The total payment is not inclusive of 6% SST. For the offer price and upfront payment list of the devices, please refer to the Phone Bundling Plans T&C.

 

9.       What is the difference between Device Upfront Payment and Advance Payment?
The Device Upfront Payment is part of the purchase price of the preferred Device. The Device Upfront Payment is different for every Device. You may refer to the price list in the Phone Bundling Plans T&C.

The Advance Payment is the payment for the registration of the preferred BLACK Plan. The Advance Payment is equivalent to ONE (1) month of the monthly commitment fee of the BLACK Plan and will be used to contra with the first month usage charges due.

10.   Will there be any rebates for XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
Good news, yes! The Device Upfront Payment will be rebated over the 24 Months Contract with XOX MOBILE.

E.g., You are interested to register for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans with B89DB and the device, Huawei Y72 (Device Upfront Payment: RM600).

Monthly Rebate = RM600 / 24 months = RM25

11.   Where can I find the offer price of the devices?
The offer price for the devices varies depending on the selected BLACK Plan. Please refer to the offer price list in the Phone Bundling Plans T&C.

12.   Do I need to pay for any deposit for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
Don’t worry! There is no deposit necessary for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans.

13.   What is the commitment period for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans?
The commitment period for the XOX Phone Bundling Plans is 24 months.
