1.       What is the SISWA PLUS Plan about?

SISWA PLUS Plan is ONEXOX’s more affordable data plan for students at Higher Education Institutes in Malaysia starting with one Principal Line and up to nine (9) Supplementary Lines. The details of the plan are as stated below:

2.       Do the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) share the same data pool?
Yes, the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) do share the total data pool from the data quota of the Principal Line (Main Account). However, the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) will have their own SMS quota.

3.       Who is eligible to subscribe to the SISWA PLUS Plan?

To register for the SISWA PLUS Plan, the Subscriber must be registered students at accredited Higher Education Institutes in Malaysia who are between sixteen (16) to twenty-five (25) years old.

For students above twenty-five (25) years old, a valid Student ID Card must be presented.

 

4.       When will the SISWA PLUS Plan be available for purchase?

The SISWA PLUS Plan will be available for purchase from 7th February 2024 onwards.

5.       How much is the SISWA PLUS Plan?

The price of the SISWA PLUS Plan is as shown below:

For example, if you purchase the SISWA PLUS Plan with 3 Supplementary Lines, your monthly fee will be:

RM35 + (3 x RM10) = RM65
 

6.       How much is the Supplementary Line?

The Supplementary Line is priced at RM10 and comes with unlimited talk time and 50 SMS per line every month. There will also be an increase of 15GB to the total data pool for every Supplementary Line added. 

 

For example, if you purchased the SISWA PLUS Plan with 3 Supplementary Lines, your total data pool will be:
150GB + (3 x 15GB) = 195GB


7.       Can I add more than one supplementary line?
Yes, good news! You may add up to nine (9) supplementary lines for every SISWA PLUS Plan.

11.   What will happen when I fully utilized the data quota (FUP)?
Your speed will throttle to 512Kbps when you fully utilized your data quota (FUP). You may purchase data add-on or continue to surf the Internet at 512Kbps.
 

12.   How do I perform MNP (port-in) to SISWA PLUS Plan?

a.       Group MNP (Same NRIC)
If you wish to perform Group MNP for the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) with one (1) NRIC, it can be performed successfully at the same time as per normal registration.

b.      Individual MNP (Different NRIC)

If you wish to perform Individual MNP for the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) with more than one (1) NRIC, you must perform the MNP one at a time. The Principal Line must successfully perform the MNP first. Then, the Supplementary Line(s) may proceed to perform the MNP after the Principal Line’s MNP is successful.

c.       Individual MNP (Same NRIC)

If you wish to perform Individual MNP for the Principal Line and Supplementary Line(s) with one (1) NRIC, it can be performed successfully at the same time as per normal registration. However, whichever MSISDN that successfully port-in first will be assigned as the Principal Line.

13.   How do I know the Supplementary Line(s) are successfully activated?

The Principal Line Subscriber (Main Account) will receive a notification via SMS for every successful addition of the Supplementary Line(s).

14.   Where can I manage my SISWA PLUS Plan?
You may manage your principal and supplementary line(s) via the following platforms:

a.       XOX Self Care Portal;

b.       USSD; or

c.       BLACK App

15.   What can I do through BLACK App?
You may perform the following actions:

a.       View data pool balance;

b.       Buy data add-ons;

c.       View amount due; and

d.       Make payment for the principal and supplementary line(s).

16.   What can I do through USSD?
You may perform the following actions:

a.       Check Account balance;

b.       Check Credit Limit; and

c.       Pay bills using soft pin payment method.

17.   If I am the Principal Line Subscriber (Main Account), what can I do on XOX Self Care?

You may perform the following actions:

a.       View data pool balance;

b.       Make payment for the principal and supplementary line(s);

c.       View account status for the principal and supplementary line(s); and

d.       Retrieve Group and Individual bill statements.

18.   If I am the Supplementary Line Subscriber, what can I do on XOX Self Care?
You may perform the following actions:

a.       View data pool balance;

b.       Make payment for the principal and supplementary line(s);

c.       View account status; and

d.       Retrieve individual bill statement.

19.   If I need more data, can I purchase any add-ons?

*The validity of the data add-ons will follow the existing data cycle.

20.   Where can I purchase the data add-ons?

You may purchase the data add-ons via the following platforms:

21.   Can I share data, talk time, and SMS to other XOX Subscribers?
Unfortunately, no. You may not share data, talk time, and SMS to other XOX Subscribers.

22.   Can I receive data, talk time, and SMS from other XOX Subscribers?
Unfortunately, no. You may not receive data, talk time, and SMS from other XOX Subscribers.

23.   Can I buy Season Pass Packages or Happy Hour Promotions under the SISWA PLUS Plan?

Unfortunately, no. Subscribers are not eligible to purchase any Season Pass Packages or Happy Hour Promotions under the SISWA PLUS Plan.

24.   Is there any limit for the hotspot usage?

No, there’s no limit for the hotspot usage for the SISWA PLUS Plan at this moment. So, feel free to share your Internet data to your other devices. Psssst! Not many service providers offer unlimited hotspot, but we do!

25.   How many devices can be connected using the hotspot feature?

You can hotspot to as many devices as you want and share high-speed data with everyone as long as there is active data available! Again, another factor that differentiates us from our competitors!

26.   If I purchased the SISWA PLUS Plan, can I request for a refund?

No, you may not. All purchases of the SISWA PLUS Plan are final and not eligible for a refund.

27.   If I change my mind after purchasing the SISWA PLUS Plan, can I request to exchange it for something else?

No, you may not. All purchases of the SISWA PLUS Plan by Subscribers are final and not exchangeable.

28.   May I change to any Prepaid Plans?
Unfortunately, COBP from SISWA PLUS Plan to any Prepaid Plans is not allowed.

29.   May I change to ONEXOX BLACK Plans / MySISWA / FC Plans?
Unfortunately, COP from SISWA PLUS Plan to ONEXOX BLACK Plans / MySISWA / FC Plans is not allowed.

30.   May I change from any Prepaid Plans to SISWA PLUS Plan?

Yes, COBP from any of the existing Prepaid Plans to SISWA PLUS Plan is allowed through XOX Self Care and BLACK App.

 

31.   May I change from ONEXOX BLACK Plans / MySISWA / FC Plans to SISWA PLUS Plan?

Yes, COP from ONEXOX BLACK Plans to SISWA PLUS Plan is allowed through XOX Self Care and BLACK App.
