SWITCH & POWER UP CAMPAIGN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.    Who can participate in this campaign?

All new subscribers who port-in to selected ONEXOX BLACK plans are eligible to participate in this campaign.

 

2.    When is the campaign period?

The campaign period is from 1st May 2024 – 31st May 2024.

 

3.    How does it work and how do I participate?

·         Non-XOX subscribers who port-in during the campaign period will receive additional data up to 720GB for the period of TWELVE (12) months and VIU Premium vouchers for up to TWELVE (12) months.

·         After successful port-in, the vouchers (data and/or VIU Premium) will be credited to user’s account within THEREE (3) working days.

·         For the subsequent months, the vouchers will be credited to user after successful top up/full bill payment within billing due date.

·         The vouchers offered are as below:

4.    What would I get by participating in this campaign?

You will get extra data (up to 720GB) and VIU Premium passes for 1 year!

 

5.    When will I receive my free reward vouchers?

The free data reward will be credited to you within 3 working days, after full bill payment within 10 days of your billing cycle. Do check for your vouchers at BLACK App > XOX Mobile > Rewards. Remember to redeem the voucher(s) before the expiration date.

 

6.    I forgot to redeem my data voucher within the redemption period. Can I get an extension on the voucher?

Unfortunately, all unredeemed data vouchers credited will not be renewed or extended once it has passed its expiry date. So do redeem your data vouchers before it expires!

  

7.    Can I exchange my rewards for cash?

The rewards are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part.
