THE VALIDITY KING CAMPAIGN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Who can participate in this campaign?
All new and existing ONE-X Prepaid and SISWA Prepaid Subscribers are eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. When is the campaign period?
The campaign period will commence on 16th October 2025 until 31st December 2025.
3. How does it work and how do I participate?
New and existing Subscribers of ONE-X Prepaid and SISWA Prepaid who top up a minimum of RM10 will receive one (1) complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher based on the top up amount.

5. Will my top ups be accumulated to get a higher value Prepaid Validity voucher?
No, you will be entitled to one (1) complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher for each successful top up, based on the top up amount. Separate top ups cannot be accumulated to claim a voucher of higher value.
Example:
If you make two (2) separate top ups of RM20 each, you will receive two (2) 10 Days Prepaid Validity vouchers, not one (1) 30 Days Prepaid Validity voucher.
6. When will I receive the complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher?
You will receive the complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher one (1) day after the successful top up during the campaign period.
7. Where will I receive the complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher?
You will receive the complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher via XOX App. You must redeem the voucher within fourteen (14) days after it has been credited. So, remember to claim the voucher before it expires!
8. Will my Prepaid Validity be automatically updated after I top up during the campaign period?
Unfortunately, no. You must redeem the complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher via XOX App. Your Prepaid Validity will be automatically updated after your successful redemption.
9. Is there a maximum number of complimentary Prepaid Validity vouchers that I can claim?
There is no limit to the number of complimentary Prepaid Validity vouchers you can earn. However, the total accumulated Prepaid Validity from these vouchers is capped at 730 days.
Example:
If you have already accumulated 700 days of Prepaid Validity from the campaign and you top up RM50 to receive a 50 Days Prepaid Validity voucher, your redemption will not be successful as it would exceed the 730 days limit.
Instead, you may top up RM45 to receive a 30 Days Prepaid Validity voucher, which can be successfully redeemed since it stays within the 730 days limit.
10. Can I exchange the complimentary Prepaid Validity voucher for cash or credit?
The reward is non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part.
