1.       What are Welcome Deal Packages?
Welcome Deal Packages are a way for us to welcome you to ONEXOX Prepaid or The Bos Gaurus (TBG) Prepaid and a way for you to get 28 months validity for your ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid line.

2.       Who is eligible to purchase?
This deal is only applicable to new Subscribers, either activating their ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid plan via MNP, or new registration. New Subscribers are eligible to purchase Welcome Deal Packages as long as it is still within TEN (10) calendar days upon the ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid plan activation date.

3.       What are the benefits of buying Welcome Deal Packages?
Glad you asked! For users who bought a new number or port-in to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid, you can get 28 months validity for your line. Register for ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid now!

4.       How can I receive the 28 months validity?
ONEXOX Prepaid Subscribers must purchase any of the Welcome Deal Packages to receive the 28 months validity. TBG Prepaid Subscribers must purchase the Unlimited 35 Welcome Deal to receive the 28 months validity.

5.       When will I receive the 28 months validity after purchasing Welcome Deal Packages?
You will receive 28 months validity to your account within THREE (3) days after your first successful purchase of any Welcome Deal Packages. The 28 months validity will be extended from the first Welcome Deal package purchase date.

6.       When do I need to buy a Welcome Deal to get the 28 months validity?
Good question, you would need to buy a Welcome Deal package within TEN (10) days of your successful registration.

8.       What are the Welcome Deals available and the subscription code to purchase via SMS?
These are the Welcome Deal Packages available. You may purchase them by sending an SMS with the subscription code below to 23388.

9.       How many times can I purchase Welcome Deal Packages?
For ONEXOX Prepaid, you can purchase one Welcome Deal from each category (Voice and Data) within TEN (10) days upon successful activation but Welcome Deal within each category is limited to ONE (1) purchase only.

For TBG Prepaid, you can purchase the Unlimited 35 Welcome Deal only ONCE (1) within TEN (10) days upon successful activation.

10.   How long will the Welcome Deal Packages be valid for purchase?
Welcome Deal Packages are only available for purchase for TEN (10) calendar days upon your successful activation date.

For example - You have registered and successfully activated a new ONEXOX Prepaid number on 11 November 2022, the deals shall be valid for you until 20 November 2022, 11.59pm.

11.   What about port-in? Will the TEN (10) days be counted from the date I submitted my port-in request or the date that I successfully ported in my number?
The TEN (10) days will be counted starting from the date that you successfully ported in your number.

For example - You submitted the port-in request on 11 November 2022, but your account was only successfully ported in on 15 November 2022, so the TEN (10) days will be counted from 15 November 2022. You have up until 24 November 2022 to buy the Welcome Deal Packages.

12.   Can I purchase the Welcome Deal Packages if I change plan from ONEXOX BLACK, ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, or WAWA Prepaid to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid?
Good news! You may purchase the Welcome Deal Packages, but you are not eligible to receive the 28 months of validity.

13.   What if I want to purchase Welcome Deal Packages after TEN (10) days of activation?
Welcome Deal Packages will no longer be available for you. However, you can download our XOX App to purchase our Season Pass Packages.

14.   Are Welcome Deal Packages shareable?
Only the minutes from the Welcome Deal Packages (SP FATVOICE, SP FAT5M, SP FAT10M) are shareable. The sender will be charged RM0.50 for each successful sharing via SMS, USSD Easy Menu and XOX App.

·       Maximum THREE (3) times of sharing per day.

·       Maximum sharing limit per transaction: No limit for minutes.

Data that are instantly activated (SP FAT5M, SP FAT10M, SP FAT10, SP FAT20) are not shareable because they are instantly activated and will be valid for THIRTY (30) days from purchase date.

15.   What happens if I reached my sharing limit for the day?
You can try it again on the next day.
