Terms & Conditions for the usage of XOX MOBILE operator services and products

DEEPADAILY: NEW PHONE LIGHT UP EVERYDAY CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Each Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions by their participation in the campaign. Each entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

1.      Campaign Introduction

 

1.1.             In celebration of the upcoming Deepavali festival, XOX MOBILE Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is lauching the Deepavali campaign “DeepaDaily: New Phone Light Up Everyday” (“Campaign”) from 10th October 2025 00:00 until 11th November 2025 23:59 (“Campaign Period”). During this period, eligible XOX subscribers will stand a chance to win premium smartphones through a daily lucky draw.

1.2.             The Campaign is open to all existing and new XOX mobile subscribers and XOX dealers (“Participants”) who are Malaysian citizens with a valid MyKad and address in Malaysia, aged TWELVE (12) years old and above.

1.3.             Participants may earn entry token(s) to the lucky draw by fulfilling the required actions or criteria. For example, one (1) entry token will be awarded for every minimum cumulative XOX Mobile top-up or bill payment of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM30.00) and above during the Campaign Period.

1.4.             One (1) winner will be randomly selected daily and announced on XOX’s official social media platforms within 7 working days after the lucky draw has been made. All participation data will be refreshed daily to ensure fairness in the selection process.

1.5.             A total of thirty-three (33) winners will be selected throughout the Campaign Period, each receiving a premium smartphone in accordance with the prize schedule determined by XOX.

1.6.             Participants must perform eligible transactions as set out in Table 1 below to earn entries ("Token(s)") for the Campaign’s lucky draw.

2.        Campaign Mechanism

 

2.1.             The following Campaign prizes are available to the selected winners:

2.2.             This Campaign offers exciting daily smartphone prizes throughout the Campaign Period. A total of thirty-three (33) winners will be selected via a daily lucky draw system, with prizes including the latest Apple iPhone 17 Pro and other premium smartphones. All participation token data will be refreshed daily to ensure fairness in winner selection.

2.3.             Subscribers are entitled to gain entry(s) to the Campaign upon performing actions and criteria. For example, participants are entitled to gain 1 entry with a minimum cumulative XOX mobile top-up or bill payment amount of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty (RM30.00) and above.

2.4.             Participants must perform eligible transactions as set out in Table 1 below to earn entries ("Token(s)") for the Campaign’s lucky draw.

2.5.             Winners of the Campaign shall be randomly selected via lucky draw, and the announcement of winners’ list will be made on XOX’s official website and social media channels.

2.6.             The eligibility to claim the Campaign prizes shall be forfeited if the selected winners cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after full list of Campaign’s winner’s announcement is made.

2.7.             A winner shall be disqualified, should he/she fail to maintain an “active” status for their XOX mobile subscription during the Campaign Period, drawing process and upon collection of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, an “active” status of XOX mobile subscription shall mean a subscription that is not barred and/or terminated, and is available for use of data, call and SMS.

2.8.             ALL Campaign prizes shall be managed by the respective third-party merchants appointed by XOX.

2.9.             XOX will not be accountable for any transactional disputes between the winners and third-party merchants.

2.10.         ALL Campaign prizes involving product and mobile credit voucher are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

2.11.         ALL Campaign prizes in the form of cash prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for credit or any other products.

2.12.         ALL Campaign prizes shall be redeemed or collected by the respective winners within forty-five (45) days after the Campaign’s winner’s announcement is made, failing which shall result in forfeiture of the Campaign prize.

Winner Submission Deadline

7 days from contact

Winners must submit all required documents within 7 working days from the date they are contacted. Reminder notifications will be sent via SMS or email if applicable. Failure to respond and provide the required information within the given timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.

Finance Processing

15 days

Once all documents are received and verified, the XOX finance team will process the prize fulfilment. This will take approximately 15 working days after the winner’s confirmation.

Prize Disbursement

Within 60 days

Prizes will be delivered or fulfilled within 60 working days after the finance process is completed. Timeline may vary depending on prize type (e.g., gadgets, e-vouchers, or cash).

 

3.        General

 

3.1.             XOX reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove in whole or in part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, vary, extend or reduce the Campaign Period and/or vary, add on, remove or replace the Campaign prizes at XOX's sole and absolute discretion.

3.2.             XOX reserves the right to revoke the eligibility of Participants who fail to comply with the Campaign procedures set out by XOX. XOX will not be responsible for missing or late notices that were caused by factors outside of XOX's control.

3.3.             Campaign prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, product or for sale and is subject to terms and conditions stated herein. Any correspondence, enquiries, appeals or protests will not be entertained.

3.4.             XOX reserves the right to change or replace any of the offered Campaign prizes with any products of equivalent value at any time without giving any prior notice to the Participants. In case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the Campaign, the decision of XOX shall be final.

3.5.             Any visuals shown or on display on any XOX promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. All pictures and images of the products displayed on this site are for illustration purposes to help the customer to recognize the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ.

3.6.             Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may, at XOX’s absolute discretion, result in forfeiture of any of the goods or services rendered. XOX shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever resulting from the Participant’s participation in the Campaign.

3.7.             XOX does not warrant that the Campaign shall be uninterruptible and/or error free. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant hereby acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that XOX shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any technical failures of any kind, system/server interruption and/or any electronic error arising from the Campaign unless the same arise from and are caused directly by XOX’s gross negligence or wilful default.

3.8.             XOX shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details, and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and all orders are subject to XOX's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

3.9.             Acceptance of the Campaign prizes by the winners constitute a release and discharge of XOX by or from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and/or damages which the winners may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of relating to the Campaign; and/or personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winners as a result of the use, acceptance and/or enjoyment of the Campaign prizes.

3.10.         XOX, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with this Campaign disclaim any and all liability arising from this Campaign and will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (Whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) resulting from their participation in this Campaign, redemption and/or usage of the Campaign prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (In which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Participants undertake that they shall not bring any claims or actions against XOX or its related and associated companies, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

3.11.         By participating in the Campaign, the Participant irrevocably agrees to release and hold harmless XOX and its associate companies, employees, advisors from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Campaign and/or from any reward or prize-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage.

3.12.         Failure by XOX to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

 

3.13.         The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
