XOX MOBILE eKYC SIM REPLACEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Eligibility for SIM Replacement
eKYC SIM replacement is available for all eligible XOX MOBILE subscribers, including ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, WAWA Prepaid, MySISWA, and BLACK subscribers. All SIM replacement requests made via the BLACK app must comply with the eKYC verification process. - eKYC Verification Requirement
All subscribers requesting a SIM replacement through the BLACK app must complete the eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) identity verification process. The process ensures that the individual requesting the SIM replacement is the legitimate owner of the account to prevents fraudulent SIM replacement requests. - Steps in the eKYC Process
To complete the eKYC verification, subscribers must: - Upload an official identification document (e.g., National ID, Passport) for verification.
- Complete a biometric verification step by submitting a selfie or performing a live facial recognition scan as per the app’s instructions.
- SIM Replacement Charges
SIM replacement requests may be subject to non-refundable fees even in cases where the eKYC verification is unsuccessful or the request is rejected. The charges vary depending on the type of SIM replacement (physical SIM to eSIM, eSIM to physical SIM, eSIM to eSIM or physical SIM to physical SIM). Please refer to the official pricing structure on the XOX website or app for more details.

- Rejection of SIM Replacement Requests
XOX MOBILE reserves the right to reject any SIM replacement request if the eKYC verification process is not completed successfully if the identification documents are invalid, illegible, or incomplete, if the biometric verification fails, or if any fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected during the eKYC process. - Subscriber Responsibilities
- Subscribers must ensure that all information provided during the eKYC process is accurate and up-to-date.
- Subscribers are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal identification documents and any notifications received during the verification process.
- Any fraudulent or unauthorized requests for SIM replacement will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or termination of services.
- Data Privacy and Security
All personal data and identification documents provided during the eKYC process will be handled in accordance with XOX MOBILE’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. XOX MOBILE uses advanced encryption and security measures to protect subscriber data throughout the eKYC process. - Notification of Fraud, Loss, or Theft
Subscribers must use all precautions to prevent loss, theft, cloning and/or unauthorised use of the SIM Card and/or eSIM. If any of these things happen, you will immediately notify us of the same and you shall remain liable for all Charges incurred by use of the SIM Card, eSIM, Mobile Number and/or Mobile Device. XOX is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, costs, personal injury or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the loss, theft, cloning and/or unauthorised use of the SIM Card and/or eSIM. Replacement of a SIM Card and/or eSIM is subject to payments as may be prescribed by us.
- Completion of the SIM Replacement Process
Upon successful eKYC verification, the SIM replacement request will be processed. The new SIM card or eSIM will be activated once the verification is complete, and the subscriber will be notified of the successful replacement. Standard activation processes apply for physical SIM cards and eSIMs. - Changes to the Terms & Conditions
XOX MOBILE reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of XOX MOBILE services following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
