Terms & Conditions for the usage of XOX MOBILE operator services and products

 JOM TOPUP KAW KAW CAMPAIGN TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The Campaign Introduction

XOX Mobile Sdn Bhd (“XOX”) is organizing JOM TOPUP KAW KAW (“the Campaign”).

 

 

Campaign Mechanism

1.       All ONEXOX Prepaid (inclusive of Wawa/TBG Prepaid) users are eligible to participate in the campaign from 20/2/2024 to 21/3/2024. Prepaid enterprise users are excluded from the campaign. XOX and ONEXOX associates, dealers, employees are not eligible for the campaign.

2.       Prepaid users make a top up of minimum RM10 per transaction to be eligible for a random reward credited into BLACK App Reward Page.

3.       Reward is credited for every RM10 transaction. Refer table for more info.

1.       There is no minimum transaction per user for this campaign. User can top up RM10 as many times to receive reward.

2.       All registered users are eligible to participate in the campaign.

3.       Users must claim reward within 30 days in BLACK App Rewards else will be expired and no extension is given.

4.       For major prizes/ physical prizes, XOX will process and to send the rewards by 21/4/2024. (30 days after campaign completion)

5.       Prizes such as data, minutes, SMS and vouchers will be credited within 10 minutes upon top up of RM10.

6.       For major prizes/ physical prizes, XOX will process and to send the rewards by 21/4/2024. (30 days after campaign completion)

7.       To redeem the vouchers, users will need to go on to XOX BLACK App > XOX Mobile > Rewards to redeem.

Campaign Period
The Campaign shall run from 19th February 2024 until 21st March 2024 (“Campaign Period”).

 

Participating Eligibility

4.       The Campaign is exclusively open to all ONEXOX Prepaid users who are Malaysian citizens with at least twelve 12 years of age (“Participants”) who fulfilled the following criteria during the Campaign Period:

·         Top up RM10 and to receive a random surprise gift.

5.       XOX and ONEXOX associates, dealers, employees are not eligible for the campaign.

6.       XOX reserves the sole and absolute right to verify the validity of participants and disqualify any Subscriber it considers ineligible.

 

Campaign Rewards

1.       Reward vouchers be given out to users, based on their Plan eligibility.

2.       The reward vouchers will be credited as vouchers to Subscribers’ BLACK App within 10 minutes after successful top up of RM10.

3.       The expiry date of the voucher will be stated on the voucher.

4.       Subscribers are required to login to their XOX BLACK App and proceed to the Reward page to redeem the voucher(s).

5.       Subscribers shall redeem their voucher within the redemption period which will be stated on the voucher. The Subscriber shall be responsible for observing the redemption period. XOX shall not be held liable for any or all vouchers that are not redeemed on time/have expired.

6.       XOX’s decision on the rewards shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence, complaint, and/or appeal shall be entertained by XOX at any time during or after the Campaign Period.

Prize Collection (Selected Physical Prize)

1.       Notification Process: Winners will be notified via SMS notifications.

2.       Identity Verification and Prize Arrangement: XOX Customer Service will contact the winners within 3 working days for identity verification and to arrange the prize collection. XOX will make a maximum of 3 attempts to call the winners.

3.       Prize Release: If there is no answer from the winners after the 3 attempted calls, XOX reserves the right to release the prize.

4.       Prize Collection Deadline: Prize collection shall be arranged not later than 30 days from the end of the campaign date.

 

Others

1.       By participating in the Campaign, Subscribers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and agree that any, and all decisions made by XOX in relation to every aspect of the Campaign shall be final, binding, and conclusive.

2.       All Campaign Rewards shall follow the ONEXOX Black Plans and ONEXOX Prepaid Plans Terms & Conditions.

3.       All Campaign Rewards are non-transferable and/or non-exchangeable and/or non-redeemable for cash or credit or any other value in any form.

4.       XOX does not warrant that the Campaign shall be uninterruptible, and/or error-free. By participating in this Campaign, Subscribers hereby acknowledge and irrevocably agree that XOX shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any technical failures of any kind, system/server interruption, and/or any electronic error arising from the Campaign unless the same arise from and are caused directly by XOX’s gross negligence or wilful default.

5.       Acceptance of any prize, cash or reward constitutes a release and discharge of XOX by or from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and/or damages which the Subscribers may have, whether known or unknown at present, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of relating to the Campaign; and/or personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Subscribers as a result of the use, acceptance and/or enjoyment of the prize, cash or reward.

6.       XOX reserves the right to alter, change, extend the Campaign period or amend, modify the terms and conditions stated herein at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the Campaign, the decision of XOX shall be final.

7.       By participating in the Campaign, Subscribers irrevocably agree to release and hold harmless XOX and its associate companies, employees, and advisors from any, and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Campaign and/or from any reward-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage.

8.       The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subscribers agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
