WELCOME DEALS TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1.       This Welcome Deal Packages Terms & Conditions is subject to the General Terms & Conditions, the Specific Terms & Conditions, and any other applicable terms and conditions and/or policies, all at https://onexox.my/

2.       Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the General Terms & Conditions.
XOX MOBILE reserve the rights without liability, to revise and/or amend this Specific Terms & Conditions, modify, suspend, continue, terminate, add to the Plan, and revise our pricing.

3.       XOX MOBILE reserve the rights without liability, to revise and/or amend this Welcome Deal Packages, this Welcome Deals Terms & Conditions, General and Specific Terms & Conditions, modify, suspend, continue, terminate, add to the Welcome Deal Packages, and revise our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, XOX MOBILE will give Subscribers reasonable advance notice of such changes. Subscribers’ continued use of the subscription and/or the service following the Effective Date of any such change shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such change and Subscribers shall be bound by the same. WELCOME DEAL PACKAGES

1.       Welcome Deal Packages are offered by ONEXOX to new Subscribers of ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid to purchase to welcome them to ONEXOX.

2.       Welcome Deal Packages are available from 13^th July 2021 until further notice.

3.       Welcome Deal Packages are only applicable to new Subscribers as stated below (“New Subscribers”):

a.       New Subscribers of ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid;

b.       Existing Subscribers activating ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid via MNP; and

c.       Existing Subscribers who change plan from ONEXOX BLACK, ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid .

4.       New Subscribers are eligible to purchase Welcome Deal Packages within TEN (10) calendar days upon the prepaid Plan activation date. Any request(s) after TEN (10) days will not be entertained.

5.       New Subscribers from TBG Prepaid is only limited to purchase ONE (1) Welcome Deal – Unlimited 35 (SP UNL35).

6.       All data from the purchase of Welcome Deal Packages which is activated instantly is valid for THIRTY (30) days from purchase date. Meanwhile, the minutes and data stored in Season Pass have no expiry date.

7.       Subscribers are allowed to purchase ONE (1) Welcome Deal from each category, either Voice and Data but is limited to ONE (1) purchase only within Welcome Deal each category.

28 MONTHS VALIDITY

1. Upon the first successful purchase of a Welcome Deal, new Subscribers who either activate their ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid plan via MNP or new number registration will receive 28 months validity extended from the purchase date.

2.       Subscribers are entitled to 28 months validity ONE (1) time only, by purchasing at least ONE (1) Welcome Deal Package.

3. New Subscribers of TBG Prepaid must purchase the Unlimited 35 Welcome Deal to receive the 28 months validity.
4. The 28 months validity will be credited within THREE (3) days to Subscribers’ account upon purchase of Welcome Deal Packages.
5. Subscribers who change plan from ONEXOX BLACK, ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, or WAWA Prepaid to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid may buy the Welcome Deal Packages but will not be eligible for the 28 months validity.
6. For Subscribers who request for account reinstatement (either reinstatement for ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid or ONEXOX BLACK to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid) are not eligible to buy the Welcome Deal Packages and receive the 28 months validity.

ADDITIONAL 8 MONTHS VALIDITY

1.       ONEXOX Prepaid and TBG Prepaid come with an additional 8 months validity.

2.       The additional 8 months validity is for all new Subscribers of ONEXOX Prepaid and TBG Prepaid who registered and purchased Welcome Deals for the first time starting on 14^th October 2022 until 14^th November 2024.

3.       Subscribers who change plan from ONEXOX BLACK, ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid, or WAWA Prepaid to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid may buy the Welcome Deal Packages but will not be eligible for the additional 8 months validity.

4.       Subscribers will receive the additional 8 months validity in voucher form through BLACK App within THREE (3) days after the first subscription of ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid and purchase of Welcome Deals (one time only).

5.       Subscribers are required to download BLACK App and claim the 8 months validity voucher through BLACK App > Profile > Reward within the redemption period of THIRTY (30) days.

6. Subscribers under enterprise registration are not entitled to the additional 8 months validity.
7. For Subscribers who request for account reinstatement (either reinstatement for ONEXOX Prepaid, TBG Prepaid or ONEXOX BLACK to ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid) are not eligible to buy the Welcome Deal Packages and receive the additional 8 months validity.

8.       Subscribers’ validity from the Welcome Deal Packages shall not be deemed and/or considered as a Validity Package in any form whatsoever. Under the Welcome Deal Packages, Subscribers must perform a cumulative top up of at least RM30.00 for a continuous period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, failing which, will result in the Subscribers’ Plan and Services termination and number being revoked and any unutilized credit will be forfeited.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       Any top-up made by ONEXOX Prepaid or TBG Prepaid Subscribers only before the validity entitlement from the Welcome Deals Packcages will be calculated into the validity as well.

2.       Once Welcome Deal Packages have been purchased, Subscribers can share minutes with any other XOX MOBILE Subscribers, limited to THREE (3) transactions per day.

3.       Data from Welcome Deals which are activated instantly (valid for 30 days from purchase date) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-shareable.

4.       Subscribers are strictly prohibited from sharing any data, minutes and/or SMS to any XOX MOBILE Authorized Dealer’s number.

5.       XOX MOBILE reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue, terminate & add all or any terms to the campaign at any time without prior notice.
