Terms & Conditions for the usage of XOX MOBILE operator services and products

PREPAID VALIDITY PACKAGES TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1.       This Prepaid Validity Packages Terms & Conditions is subject to the General Terms & Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions and/or policies, all available at https://onexox.my/

 2.       Capitalised terms herein have the same meaning as defined in the General Terms & Conditions.

 3.       XOX reserve the rights without liability to modify, suspend, continue, terminate, add to the Prepaid Validity Packages, and/or revise our pricing. Where reasonably practicable, XOX will give Subscribers reasonable advance notice of such changes.

 4.       Subscribers’ continued use of the subscription and/or the service following the Effective Date of any such change shall constitute unconditional acceptance by you of such change, and Subscribers shall be bound by the same. Subscribers accept to be responsible for regularly viewing information at https://onexox.my/


PREPAID VALIDITY PACKAGES

1.       Prepaid Validity Packages are offered to Prepaid Subscribers to extend their validity period of their Prepaid lines.

 2.       The Prepaid Validity Packages are available for purchase via XOX App or XOX Self Care until further notice.

a.       XOX App > Mobile Management > Validity 

b.       XOX Self Care > Mobile Management > Validity

3.       The Prepaid Validity Packages available are as stated below. Purchase of the Prepaid Validity Packages will grant Subscribers additional six (6) or twelve (12) months, whichever applicable, active days to the Subscriber’s Plan:

 

 

 

 

4.       The Prepaid Validity Packages will come with additional freebies, depending on your subscribed plan.

a.       6 Months Validity Package

 

 

 

b.       12 Months Validity Package

 

                  

5.       The eligible freebies will be credited to Subscribers’ account on XOX App within three (3) working days upon successful purchase of the Prepaid Validity Packages.

6.       The freebies may be redeemed from the Reward page in XOX App. The freebies will be valid for thirty (30) days upon crediting.

7.       Upon redemption of the 5GB or 10GB Data Voucher, the data from the voucher will be stored in the Season Pass Counter. This clause does not apply to the WAWA18 Data Plan Voucher

8.       Subscriber may only redeem the WAWA18 Data Plan Voucher if there is no active data plan present at the time of redemption. If you have an existing active data plan and wish to redeem the WAWA18 Data Plan Voucher, please terminate your existing subscription via XOX App > XOX Mobile Management > End Data.

  

9.       These Prepaid Validity Packages are only offered to all existing Subscribers of the following plans:

a.       ONEXOX Prepaid

b.       ONEXOX The Bos Gaurus (TBG) Edition Prepaid

c.       WAWA Prepaid

d.       MySISWA Prepaid

 

10.       These Prepaid Validity Packages are NOT available for new and existing Subscribers of the following plans:

a.       ONE-X Prepaid

b.       TBG Prepaid

c.       SISWA Prepaid

11.       Eligible Subscribers may purchase the Prepaid Validity Packages at any time to extend the validity of their respective Prepaid lines. There is no purchase limit for Prepaid Validity Packages.

12.       The Prepaid validity will be reflected in Subscribers’ Prepaid lines within twenty-four (24) hours of successful purchase. Subscribers may check their Prepaid validity via:

a.       XOX App > Mobile Management

b.       XOX Self Care > Mobile Management

c.       SMS: Send “BAL” to 23388

d.       USSD: Dial *150#

13.       The purchase of the Prepaid Validity Packages will not override the Subscriber’s existing validity. It will be accumulated into and added on from the Subscriber’s existing validity.

Example: Your current Prepaid validity is until 20th May 2025. If you purchased the 12 Months Prepaid Validity Package on the same day (20th May 2025), your extended Prepaid validity will be until 20th May 2026.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       All purchases of the Prepaid Validity Packages are final and are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.

2.       Subscriber’s 36 months validity (28 months + 8 months) from the Welcome Deal Packages shall not be deemed and/or considered as a Prepaid Validity Package in any form whatsoever. Under the Welcome Deal Packages, Subscriber must perform a cumulative top up of at least RM30.00 for a continuous period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, failing which, will result in the Subscriber’s Plan and Services termination and number being revoked and any unutilised credit will be forfeited.

3.       XOX reserves the right to alter, modify, change, extend and/or terminate the availability of any or all of the Prepaid Validity Packages or amend, modify the terms and conditions of any or all of the Prepaid Validity Packages at its sole discretion any time with or without prior notice. In case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the Prepaid Validity Packages, the decision of XOX shall be final.

4.       Without prejudice to any rights or remedies available to XOX, XOX shall not be liable for any loss or damages (direct or indirect), costs, claims, or expenses arising from the use of the Prepaid Validity Packages or any failure or delay in the provision of the Service.
