1. What is 1X-INFLUENC35?
1X-INFLUENC35 is originally from the ONE-X PREPAID (1X-35) plan. This plan is exclusively for TikTok Content Creators, which comes with a 10% discount subsidised by TikTok and an EXTRA 200GB.
This plan with benefits is available only for purchase at the ONEXOX TikTok Shop.
2. Who is eligible to register and participate in 1X-INFLUENC35?
1X-INFLUENC35 plan is available for all Malaysian TikTok Content Creators or all Malaysian citizens and or Foreigners above the minimum age of twelve (12) years.
3. I’m a new subscriber. How can I activate the 1X-INFLUENC35 number that I bought?
You may activate the number via the following platform:
a. XOX App
4. What would I get by participating in this campaign?
If you purchase within July and August, you will receive an extra 200GB of High data for the first month of your subscription to the 1X-INFLUENC35 data plan.
For example, you subscribe to 1X-35 on 15th July 2025. Upon successful subscription, you will receive an extra 200GB High Speed for the first month of your subscription.
You will also get a 10% discount on purchases through the ONEXOX TikTok Shop from RM35.00 to RM31.50.
*Note: The 200GB only valid until 31st August 2025, and the 10% Discount is upon TikTok Terms and Conditions.
5. I did not get 10% off discounts while purchasing through the ONEXOX TikTok Shop.
The 10% off discount is subsidised by TikTok. You will get a 10% discount on your first purchase through the ONEXOX TikTok Shop. However, you will not be eligible for a second purchase.
6. What if I do not finish utilizing the extra data quota (Extra 200GB)?
All remaining data from the 200GB extra, which was unused, will not be carried forward to the next subscription cycle.
Don’t worry, the data subscription cycle will refresh, and you will receive the standard data quota allocation for your plan.
7. Will I continue to receive the extra data quota upon auto-renewal of my plan?
No, you will receive the standard data quota allocation for your plan upon auto-renewal of the plan.
8. What will happen to my data quota if I end my data subscription?
All remaining data that was unused will be automatically forfeited upon the end of your data subscription.
9. Can I exchange the extra data quota for cash or credit?
The reward is non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or rebate in full or in part.
10. Can I switch over to 1X-INFLUENC35 while retaining my number from another network?
Yes, you may! It’s called porting in. You may choose the MNP product while purchasing through the ONEXOX TikTok Shop.
11. How many 1X-INFLUENC35 lines can I register?
Good news! You can register up to five (5) lines under one NRIC or Passport.
12. Where can I manage my account?
You may manage your account via XOX App or XOX Self Care Portal.

14. Where can I subscribe to or purchase the data plans for 1X-INFLUENC35?
You may purchase the plan 1X-INFLUENC35 via the following platforms:
a. ONEXOX TikTok Shop
15. Is auto-renewal available for data plan 1X-INFLUENC35?
If your credits are sufficient, the auto-renewal feature is available for 1X-INFLUENC35 data plans. Make sure your Airtime balance is enough to available the auto-renewal, otherwise you may need to reload by yourself.
16. How can I stop the auto-renewal for the data plan that I am subscribed to?
You can stop the auto-renewal or terminate the data plan immediately via the following platforms:
a. XOX App
b. XOX Self Care Portal
c. SMS to 23388/22111
· Send “DATA AR OFF” to stop the auto-renewal function
· Send “DATA END” to terminate the data plan immediately
17. Where can I check my data plan balance or status?
You can check your data plan balance or status via the following platforms:
a. SMS: Send “BAL” to 23388/22111
b. USSD Easy Menu: Dial *150#
c. XOX App
d. XOX Self Care Portal
18. What happens to the remaining data quota if it is not used up within the subscription period?
All remaining data quota will be terminated automatically upon expiration. For Subscribers with a monthly data plan subscription, your data quota will be renewed on the next renewal date.
19. What can I do if I run out of data before my data plan subscription is renewed?
Don’t worry, you can purchase our data add-on 20GB @ High Speed at RM15 via the following platforms:
a. XOX App
b. XOX Self Care Portal
c. USSD Easy Menu – Dial *150#
20. What are the rates for additional Talk Time or SMS?
The rates for additional Talk Time or SMS are as shown below:
21. Can I make international calls using the Talk Time allocated in my data plan?
No, you can’t. Calls made to overseas will not utilize the Talk Time allocated in your data plan. It will be subject to our International Direct Dialling (IDD) rates. You may refer to our IDD call rates here.
22. Where and how do I top up my account?
There are a few ways for you to top up your account. You may top up your account:
a. Via XOX App or XOX Self Care Portal;
b. By purchasing a top up voucher from convenience stores and top up via SMS or USSD Easy Menu (do mention either ONEXOX or XOX); or
c. Via XOX and ONEXOX Authorized Dealers.
23. How do I know when I should top up my account?
You may check on your Prepaid Validity via the following platforms. Do remember to top up your account before the end of your validity.
a. SMS: Send “BAL” to 23388/22111
b. USSD Easy Menu: Dial *150#
c. XOX App
d. XOX Self Care Portal
24. How do I extend my Prepaid Validity?
You may top up your account to extend your Prepaid Validity. Every top up of RM1 equals to ONE (1) day of validity. You may also purchase the Validity Packages below via the following platforms:
a. XOX App
b. XOX Self Care Portal
25. Is there a minimum amount that I need to top up?
Yes, there is. The minimum amount to top up is RM5 via top up vouchers, and RM10 via XOX App or XOX Self Care Portal.
26. What happens if I don’t top up my account?
Unfortunately, your Prepaid Validity will expire, and your account will be barred. If you don’t make a top up after thirty (30) days, then you will be blocked. If you still don’t make any payment after another thirty (30) days, then your account will be terminated.
So, do remember to top up your account from time to time to avoid any inconveniences!
27. Can I use 1X-INFLUENC35 on an eSIM?

28. Can I request for a refund after registering for 1X-INFLUENC35?
No, you may not. All purchases of 1X-INFLUENC35 are final and not eligible for a refund.
29. Can I change plan from 1X-INFLUENC35 to ONEXOX BLACK and vice versa?
Yes, you may change plan from 1X-INFLUENC35 to ONEXOX BLACK. However, it is unavailable to change from ONEXOX BLACK to 1X-INFLUENC35.
Note: Any unused data, Talk Time, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. All remaining Airtime in 1X-INFLUENC35 will be carried forward as Advance Payment for ONEXOX BLACK whereas all remaining Advance Payment and any Deposit in ONEXOX BLACK will be transferred to Airtime in 1X-INFLUENC35.
30. Can I change plan from 1X-INFLUENC35 to any of the Sharing Plans and vice versa?
Yes, you may change plan from 1X-INFLUENC35 to any of the Sharing Plans including ONEfamily and SISWA PLUS. However, it is unavailable to change from the Sharing Plans to 1X-INFLUENC35.
Note: Any unused data, Talk Time, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. All remaining Airtime in 1X-INFLUENC35 will be carried forward as Advance Payment for the Sharing Plans whereas all remaining Advance Payment and any Deposit in the Sharing Plans will be transferred to Airtime in 1X-INFLUENC35.
31. Can I change plan from 1X-INFLUENC35 to SISWA Prepaid and vice versa?
Yes, you may change plan from 1X-INFLUENC35 to SISWA Prepaid and vice versa.
Note: Any unused data, Talk Time, and SMS will not be carried forward to the new plan. Only Prepaid Validity and Airtime will be carried forward to the new plan.
32. Can I switch my 1X-INFLUENC35 account back to ONEXOX Prepaid or WAWA Prepaid?
Unfortunately, no. ONEXOX Prepaid and WAWA Prepaid are no longer available for subscription.
